Its central location.
We had the standard double room provided with basic facilities, a nice view, tea /coffee. The price was £ 54.

Thoroughly enjoyed the room with a bathroom, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. A storage space, a kettle and coffee available were an advantage. I found the hotel's location great, near shops and restaurants.

The location was marvellous for walking around Regency Square. Took me 15 minutes to get to train station. The room I got was neat with a good sized desk, good shower pressure, for instance. The bar served lots of meals for breakfast.
The hotel staff was really rude.

Great location near the beach and shops. Room was clean and modern with nice amenities like a tv, electric kettle, and complimentary body soap. Breakfast was pretty good with a nice choice of items. Would have enjoyed more coffee options.

Great stay for couples who value comfort
The room was clean, basic but functional, and it had that nice touch of a supplied fan which really helped keep it cool. One morning, I requested a late clean, and when we came back it was done like clockwork, which shows they care about service.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but still acceptable for what we got.
